Today, team AIGETOA KTD comprising Shri Saikat Das, Shri Prabhash Kumar Mishra and Shri Sayantan Sikder met CGM KTD to discuss the following issues:
- Empanelment of Credit basis hospitals: A detail discussions were took place over this issue and we mentioned that, one letter was already submitted (ANNEXED) in this regard. CGM KTD, in presence of DGM/HR & Admin, assured us and instructed DGM/HR & Admin to expedite the process toward positive resolution.
- Deduction of high amounts from Temporary Accounts: We’ve expressed our serious resentments over this issue and expressed our concern that, in spite of multiple communications at various levels (ANNEXED), no visible action took place. CGM KTD took the matter seriously and forwarded the case to GM/Finance and assured us to resolve the matter on urgent basis.
- TA/DA issue of ZTTC Kalyani: It was learnt that, after our committed persuasions, a fresh file was initiated and currently it is with PGM/HR & Admin. CGM KTD has some positive interpretation on it and asked for the file. We’ve requested, if any negativity arises in this matter, the file may be sent to BSNL CO for further guidance and clarifications.
- App based vehicle for KTD: We’ve again requested to implement the App based vehicle in KTD instead of the Ty. Adv. route. CGM KTD informed us, they have already approached some app based vehicle aggregators, but the same is not maturing. He has requested us, if we can help them in this regard. We have assured him to extend our all possible help.
- Pay cut on EPP during COVID period: We’ve extended our heartiest thanks for resolving the issue. AIGETOA is the first to take the matter very seriously and continuously persuaded for the same. Some of the affected candidates will receive their due amount with the salary of August. Remaining candidates are requested to apply again to the concerned AO/Pay to get the due amount.
