The following topics were discussed..
1. Re-implementation of 2nd Saturday in KTD: CGM KTD was reluctant to re-discuss the issue again, but after our logical arguments, he agreed to explore the possibility to implement the Second Saturday Holiday (SSH) as per the order of 22.09.2011 as an initial measure. After that clarifications will be asked from CO for further possibilities.
2. ZTTC Kalyani TA/DA: This matter is under continuous persuasion with BSNL CO. PGM HR informed, CO has opined to resolve the matter at circle level. We have also agreed on this. KTD mgmt has now decided to discuss the matter and to re-open the existing file to resolve the matter.
3. Deputation: Our team has expressed its disagreement and dissatisfaction over CGM's decision on staff release to deputation matters.
4. Cashless indoor treatment: Management was resistive to implement treatment on a cashless basis due to some earlier misuses on it. After our argument they have agreed to enlist two cashless hospitals preferably one at the North side and the other at the Southern side.
5. Transfer and Posting: Discussions were done over some long pending T&P. We are hopeful that, some of them may materialize.
