Bharatiya Doorsanchar Manch (BDM) comprising AIGETOA, BTEU, BDPS, AIBSNLOBCEWA, STEWA, FNTOBEA, and BTU has submitted a revised schedule of Organizational Action Programs to BSNL Management in response to the unfulfilled assurances on demands.

Despite multiple rounds of discussions with Director (HR) and a comprehensive meeting chaired by the CMD BSNL on 23.06.2025, no firm written assurance or tangible actions have been taken on long-pending issues like standard pay scales, promotions, SAB, perks & allowances, pay losses, and 3rd PRC.
BDM has expressed disappointment over the continued inaction, arbitrary transfers, and non-resolution of legitimate requests.

10-12 July 2025: X (Twitter) Campaign – “Save BSNL, Save the Swadeshi 4G”.

15 July 2025: Black Shirt Silent Protest.

21 July 2025: Digital Protest Wall & Reverse Review Submission.

25-26 July 2025: Press Conferences & Black Badge Protest.

31 July 2025: Human Chain or Pad Yatra.

5-6 August 2025: Dharna & Prayer for Departed BSNL Colleagues.

7 August onwards 2025: Quit WhatsApp/Telegram Groups, Work as per Rule.

12-13 August 2025: Twitter Campaign for 3rd PRC & Affordability Clause Waiver.

19 August 2025: Betrayal Day – Silent Dharna.

27 August 2025: One Day Mass Leave.

1-2 Sept 2025: Hunger Fast across BSNL.

10-12 Sept 2025: Delhi Chalo – 3-Day Dharna at BSNL CO.

BDM firmly reiterates that without time-bound resolutions on key issues, the agitation will continue and intensify.
