AIP and GS AIGETOA met Dir(EB) in his chamber yesterday dated 02.07.2025 and apprised the ongoing issues of KTD EB Gold merger in detail. The Discussion was held in the back drop of the letter submitted by AIGETOA on the issue.

Dir EB clearly and categorically said that, no HR related matter will be disturbed and no staff relocation will be there at all. The employees of KTD will work for the KTD business only as earlier. He also assured for addressing the future clarifications from field units in this matter.

Issue of backbone media fault and inadequate media issues were also discussed. Dir EB firmly said, if any issue related to media arises, it must be resolved urgently. He said that Media up to OA level will be made smooth and shall be ensured that it remains on ring. The capcity of the alternate media is also augmented at par with main media which was one of the major reasons for frequent interruptions and speed issues. He firmly said that wherever necessary, hired media is being taken to ensure that connectivity remains on ring. There is a clear direction that, if required media can be hired from outside agencies to provide connectivity upto OA level.
