In continuation with our earlier communication with Hon’ble MP Smt. Dola Sen (consecutive three times MP and Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee of Commerce), team AIGETOA KolTD met her on 02.09.2025 to discuss various matters pertaining to BSNL and our long pending HR issues.
Smt. Sen handed over her earlier letter submitted to Hon’ble Minister of Communication Shri Jyotiraditya Scindia ji, asking for intervention on various matters of BSNL and its HR policies (copy attached at Page-1) as we’ve intimated her earlier.
Our team further submitted two more letters, one with request for early resolution of our long pending HR matters (copy attached at Page-2 & 3) and the other with a request to intervene to remove pro-rata calculation on EPF Higher Pension (copy attached at Page-4), as Smt. Sen is a regional board member of PF. A prolong and fruitful discussion for more than one hour took place. Hon’ble MP was very receptive, interactive & sympathetic over our legitimate issues. She assured us she’ll further escalate our issues in appropriate places and will follow-up the matters time to time. She further requested us to meet her before the starting of the winter session of the Parliament such that the matters can be placed in different echelons, in which we’ve committed her that we’ll comply.
The meeting ended with a sense of accomplishment and forward momentum.
